Principles and Values
1) No American worker should ever have to train his/her foreign replacement.
2) The H-1b visa program was meant to be a channel to recruit ‘a limited number of highly skilled workers from a diverse global array of talented individuals’ – the type of people who would add real value to this country. It was never intended to be the vehicle of mass migration that it has become over the last 20+ years.
3) We believes that the H-1B and L-1B visa programs in their current configuration need to be shut down soon.
4) We believe that countries like S. Korea, Sweden, and Singapore that are leading the world in innovation are doing so by investing in their own citizens, and that we should do the same in the USA because that is what works, and also because that is the moral thing to do.
5) We believe that there is no shortage of smart workers in America, only a shortage of corporate leaders and lawmakers who are refusing to put the interests of the American worker first.
6) Both Congress and American tech companies must facilitate, support, and encourage IT/STEM education/training as a means for preparing their own future workforce.
7) We is not against all immigration, and welcomes genuine immigrants who meet the highest standards of merit and character.
8) We welcome both study abroad and work exchange programs with other countries, especially when they can turn out to be mutually beneficial for both countries.
9) We believe that the first priority for US educational institutions should be to educate American citizens.
10) We believe that corporations and law makers who violate these principles, and continue to engage in anti-American labor schemes, should be held responsible for their actions.

“H-1B should be given to the most skilled and highest paid applicants, and they should never ever be used to replace Americans. No one can compete with American workers when they are given a fair and level playing field, which has not happened for decades ”
